2350 Bayless Place rain garden appeal

The property owner and rain garden steward said the 24-inch requirement would kill the garden — over a third of the native plants grow taller — and asked the council to save a neighborhood treasure.

The St. Anthony Park Community Council board member urged flexibility on plant heights, noting the huge boulevard was built for traffic calming and supports the city's climate plan.
