A customer of the dog daycare testified he has seen no odors, excessive traffic, or barking problems across five or six visits, and described the applicant turning away boarding when she reached her comfort limit.

The applicant said she was never given the neighbor comments until after denial, described her operations (usually one or two dogs, cameras, meet-and-greets), and disputed a neighbor's barking claims with video evidence.
