Bakaal Transportation CUP — dead berm trees and drainage

Dan Wallett, who helps property owner Eugene Hansen, said three dead trees on the berm near Paragon Dirt are on order (five evergreens arriving next week) and explained that a taller berm the objecting neighbor once wanted would have worsened his drainage problems.
