Alleged selective and retaliatory police enforcement

Asked the council to authorize an independent investigation of the Shakopee Police Department, alleging she alone has been repeatedly cited for criminal contempt in an identical restraining-order dispute and was told by a sergeant she is being retaliated against for calling police.
