Kellogg RiverCenter Bridge Reconstruction

Saint Paul's interim operations manager described the 90-year-old, weight-restricted bridge, the May 28 grant resubmittal deadline, and how the rebuild connects to River's Edge and adds a protected bike/pedestrian path.
