99th Avenue/Lexington electrical box

Renewed his long-running complaint that the electrical utility box at 99th and Lexington blocks sight lines, argued updated AASHTO standards weren't followed, and warned moving it will get far more expensive once new electrical lines go in. He asked City Manager Erik Thorvig to look into it and offered to walk him through the details.
